This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs every paid enrollment in an Orbixx Fitness program — whether it is a live Zumba batch, a guided home-workout track, or a women-only transformation challenge. By completing payment for any of our sessions, the member confirms that she has read and accepted the rules outlined below.
Because our coaches commit slots, plan diets, and assign batches the moment a seat is booked, refunds are processed only on progress-based criteria and not on change of mind.
A refund request will be considered only when the following conditions are met together:
- The member has actively attended at least 90% of the scheduled live classes in the enrolled cycle.
- Verifiable before / after photos, weight readings and diet logs are shared, showing no measurable transformation.
- All assigned routines, weekly check-ins and trainer instructions were followed without long gaps.
- The request reaches us within 10 days of the program's official end date.
Submissions are reviewed by our senior coaching panel and the decision communicated over email or WhatsApp within 7–10 working days. The panel's call is final.
The following situations do not qualify for any refund:
- Plans, challenges or trial passes marked “non-refundable” at the time of booking.
- Requests raised after the 10-day post-program window.
- Issues caused at the member's end — unstable internet, device problems, missed batches or change of personal schedule.
- Dissatisfaction with the trainer, music style, batch timing or workout type when not flagged early.
- Removal from a batch due to misconduct, sharing of login or recording of class content.
- Medical conditions that were not disclosed before enrollment.
Drop us a written request on WhatsApp or email info.orbixxfitness@gmail.com with the following details:
- Full name and registered phone / email.
- Program name, batch and date of enrollment.
- Reason for the request along with attendance summary.
- Before / after photos and diet log (mandatory for performance-based requests).
Once approved, the amount is credited back to the original payment source within 7–14 working days. UPI and card reversals usually settle faster than netbanking.
We understand life happens. Instead of forcing a refund, Orbixx Fitness offers a one-time program extension to members who need to pause briefly during their active cycle:
- Up to 7 days — for personal or family reasons (weddings, festivals, short travel, work load).
- Up to 14 days — for verified medical or longer travel reasons. A doctor's prescription or travel proof may be requested.
Extensions must be requested before the pause begins, not after. Late intimations may not be considered, and the extension cannot stack with another pause in the same cycle.
In the rare case that Orbixx Fitness cancels a batch, changes the format significantly, or is unable to deliver classes for reasons in our control, the member can choose between a full refund or a carry-forward credit to the next available cycle of equal value. A prorated refund is offered when the change happens mid-program.
We encourage members to write to us first so issues can be resolved without involving payment gateways. Direct chargebacks raised without contacting our support team will be contested with the gateway using attendance logs and policy acceptance records. Billing disputes are handled in line with the prevailing RBI norms for digital transactions.
This policy may be updated at any time without prior intimation; the latest version will always live on this page. Any dispute that arises out of this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
