Orbixx Fitness is a women-focused online fitness community based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. We run high-energy Zumba batches, strength and body-conditioning sessions, dance fitness and structured weight-loss programs — all delivered live over Zoom, straight to your home.

These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you (the “Member”) and Orbixx Fitness (the “Company”). By signing up, paying for any plan, or attending any session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything mentioned on this page.

• Orbixx Fitness programs are exclusive to women aged 16 and above.
• Members below 18 must enroll with written guardian consent.
• Each membership is personal and non-transferable. Login links, QR passes or batch slots cannot be shared with anyone else.
• We reserve the right to decline or end a membership without a refund if account sharing, false declarations or misuse of access is detected.

• Full payment is required at the time of enrollment via UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, credit / debit card, Razorpay or direct bank transfer.
• Failure to clear pending dues may result in temporary suspension from the running batch until payment is settled.
• GST and applicable taxes, where charged, will be reflected on the invoice issued post-payment.
• Billing concerns are addressed in line with the prevailing digital-transaction norms and the chosen payment gateway's policies.

• Live online sessions are conducted on Zoom or similar approved platforms. A stable internet connection and a working device are the member's responsibility.
• Members are expected to maintain a respectful tone in all WhatsApp groups and live online sessions.
• Recording, downloading, reposting or reselling any class content, choreography or training material is strictly not allowed and may attract legal action.
• Any rule violation can lead to removal from the program without a refund.

Fitness participation involves physical activity that carries an inherent level of risk. By joining Orbixx Fitness, the member acknowledges that:

• She is medically fit to take part, or has consulted a doctor before signing up.
• Any pre-existing conditions, injuries or recent surgeries have been disclosed to the assigned trainer.
• Trainers offer fitness guidance, not medical advice; participation is undertaken at the member's own risk.
• Orbixx Fitness is not liable for injuries caused due to negligence, ignoring trainer cues or pushing beyond advised limits.

All choreography, workout routines, brand assets, recorded videos, graphics and written content shared by Orbixx Fitness belong solely to the Company. None of this content may be copied, redistributed, rebranded or used commercially without prior written approval.

Refunds are issued only as per the rules listed on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Requests that fall outside that policy will not be processed. Continuing with a membership confirms acceptance of the linked refund terms.

Orbixx Fitness may suspend or terminate access to any program if a member is found violating these Terms, sharing class material, defaulting on payments or behaving inappropriately during sessions. In such cases, no refund is owed to the member.

Orbixx Fitness will not be held responsible for indirect losses, technical glitches, third-party platform outages, or outcomes that depend on the member's effort and consistency. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the actual amount paid by the member for the enrolled program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of Orbixx Fitness services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
